Shipping

Yay! You’ve placed an order with Promoted To Succeed, thank you so much. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday by 2pm EST. Shipping can take anywhere from 3-5 business days (this depends heavily on the Covid-19 impact and your location). Processing and handling normally takes 2-3 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email informing you that your package is on the way with tracking details.

*Promoted To Succeed is not responsible for incorrect shipping information. No refunds will be provided for incorrect shipping information. Please double check all shipping information before submitting your order.

Refund Policy: Exchanges and Returns

Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it. We only accept returns for a refund/exchange within 7 days after delivery, no exceptions. We will only accept unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise, with the original sales receipt/packing slip and tags attached, within 7 days, no exceptions. If you wish to exchange/return an item, you will be responsible for the costs associated with exchanging/returning the items. However, if we have sent you the wrong item or it arrives damaged (documented proof will be requested), we will provide a return label and cover all costs associated with returning/exchanging the item(s). Once the original item is received, we will send the new item.  Please keep in mind, if you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, it will not be accepted for exchange/return if it has been washed, worn, or tags have been removed. After 7 days from delivery, we will not accept ANY returns or exchanges.

In order for a return/exchange to be considered, you will need to provide the receipt along with your order number. 

To begin a return/exchange, you can message us through our “Contact Us” page using the email you used to make your purchase. If your return is approved, we will send instructions for you to follow in order to send back your return/exchange.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Promoted To Succeed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier to investigate the delivery.

Currently, we only ship to all 50 states within the US.
